$1,000 awarded in each of four genres. Prize includes print publication in the Los Angeles Review. Apply online. - August 31, 2010
To the Lighthouse Poetry Publication Prize
Judge: Alice Quinn
$1,000 prize and manuscript publication by Red Hen Press.
In addition, the foundation’s 2011 retreat for women writers is scheduled for Aug. 8-14, with Marilynne Robinson as the featured guest for the week. Additional information and the online application will be on the website Aug. 1. The application deadline is March 1, 2011.
