The 23rd Annual International Conference on Virginia Woolf: Woolf and the Common(wealth) Reader begins this week. Will you be there? Whether you are going to the conference or not, consider joining the Woolfian conversation by adding a comment below.

This year’s conference, from June 6-9 at the Coast Plaza Hotel and Suites in Vancouver, is sponsored by Simon Fraser University and organized by Helen Wussow.

The conference topic encompasses Woolf’s interactions with/influence on Commonwealth writers, the issues of “common” wealth, and discussions of wealth and gender, colonialism and gender, imperialism, politics, and a host of other related topics such as reading Woolf as a member of the Commonwealth.
