A conversation in Turkish “Woolf ve Orta Çağ mı?,” which translates as: “Woolf and the Medieval Age: A Modernist Woman on Chaucer’s Horse,” will be held Jan. 25, between 20:00-21:00 TRT (GMT +3 hours), marking Woolf’s 142nd birthday.
This free event draws its inspiration from Suzanne Bellamy’s work “Virginia Woolf and Chaucer’s Horse” to discuss women and writing in the footsteps of Virginia Woolf and Chaucer and the female figures in the Middle Ages.
The event is open to everyone, and will be held online.
