auctionA second edition of Virginia Woolf’s 1919 book The Mark on the Wall will be among 120 publications  auctioned off at Bonhams near Kidlington June 16.

Volunteers found Woolf’s book and five other collectible titles in dusty boxes at three different shops. Woolf’s book was donated at the Oxfam bookshop in St. Giles, and is expected to net up to £600.

The rare titles are expected to net the Oxford-based charity more than £2,000.

Read more about the sale, and visit Oxfam’s online shop, where you can find an interesting selection of second-hand books by or about Woolf as well as Hogarth Press editions.
